The property, the pools, the beautiful blue ocean water, was absolutely beautiful!! Some of the employees, not so friendly. We had to call room service multiple times to restock water, and they never would come. We were told to make reservations for the restaurants yet seen people walk right in them. When we pay for an all inclusive. That’s what we expect. Not very accommodating many times.

Convenient to have everything in one location but food was not great and really overpriced. I get that you’re paying for convenience, but it really not worth the price. Rooms, casino, common areas are clean. Water park was lot of fun.

Everything was great. Rooms are massive. Only complaint is the extreme cost of food and water in the hotel. A bottle of water in the resort’s restaurants was $12 for example. My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and spent $1,200 on food, eating 2 times a day on average. There is a 15% gratuity and 10% tax on every meal. The 15% gratuity goes to all the workers throughout the restaurant and the waiter still expects their tip. We went to a couple different resorts to visit and every restaurant was this way. All in all, resort is perfect and the best room I have stayed in. Be prepared to spend an obnoxious amount of money on overpriced food in Nassau.

Awesome place clean people friendly. We had a great time in the pool at the beach and all the aminities. We will be back!!!
